Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), will launch the Real Estate Training Forum tomorrow, Monday, 30 December 2024. The forum, organized by REGA, will take place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center – VIP Hall. It will be held with the participation of experts and specialists in the fields of real estate, training, and development, and will focus on the importance of training as a key developmental process for enhancing the skills and capabilities of individuals and establishments across various real estate activities—aimed at boosting competitiveness both locally and globally.
REGA stated that the primary objective of organizing the Real Estate Training Forum is to highlight the role of the Saudi Real Estate Institute and to underscore training as a strategic tool for supporting competitiveness, developing human capital, and improving the efficiency of professionals engaged in real estate activities. The forum aims to help build a robust and advanced real estate sector that supports economic growth and aligns with the objectives of the comprehensive real estate sector strategy. It also seeks to enhance communication among professionals, keep pace with industry developments, stimulate innovation, and foster capabilities by preparing qualified practitioners who hold certified professional licenses—thereby strengthening the confidence of local and international investors and stakeholders in the Saudi real estate market.
REGA added that the forum will explore the current landscape of real estate training and its role in addressing market needs, promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and raising professional standards in the sector. It will also examine modern trends and training tracks and their impact on improving the professionalism of real estate transactions. The forum will emphasize the importance of aligning educational outcomes with labor market requirements, which supports overcoming challenges, developing innovative solutions, and delivering quality knowledge to high-potential individuals in key economic fields.
