The Global PropTech Summit, organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), will officially commence this Sunday, 27 October 2024, in Riyadh. The event is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of REGA’s Board of Directors, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. Organized in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), the summit brings together leading figures, experts, and specialists in the real estate and PropTech sectors. More than 100 speakers from 80 countries will share their experiences, insights, and perspectives alongside thought leaders, CEOs of major real estate and PropTech firms, and global investors.

The summit will address the ongoing digital transformation of the real estate sector and the role of emerging technologies in shaping the future of PropTech. It will explore the latest advancements in modern construction technologies, the impact of virtual reality and artificial intelligence on the future of real estate, and the automation of services and operations. Discussions will also include PropTech’s contributions to urban development, smarter decision-making, investment growth, and financial sustainability. The summit will further highlight the essential role of PropTech in supply chain optimization, predictive analytics, and risk management. Running alongside the summit is a real estate technology exhibition featuring local and international companies, platforms, and technology providers. The exhibition will showcase cutting-edge PropTech innovations and next-generation solutions, alongside global experiences and future visions for the industry, all in line with the Kingdom’s strategic direction and its leadership role under Saudi Vision 2030.

The summit will also welcome leading real estate platforms, FinTech firms, entrepreneurs, consultants, training institutes, and developers. It will include a series of product and initiative launches and the signing of agreements supporting the PropTech ecosystem. Core themes  include the legal and regulatory framework for real estate technology, innovation and entrepreneurship in the PropTech landscape, and the transformative power of 3D printing—from blueprint to reality. The Global PropTech Summit serves as a vital platform for international partnerships and a gateway for startups, promising enterprises, and leading companies to present their innovative real estate solutions. It provides a unique opportunity for engagement with investors and venture capitalists. In 2023, global PropTech investment reached USD 42.13 billion, with 3,347 active investors and 2,177 leading companies, underscoring the industry's worldwide appeal. Thanks to Saudi Arabia’s strategic geographic location—linking three continents—its robust economy, attractive business environment, and dynamic real estate market, Riyadh is positioned as an ideal launchpad for global PropTech innovation.

REGA invites all interested parties, specialists, researchers, and organizations in this field from across the globe to register and participate in the summit. The agenda is available at: https://globalproptechsummit.com/
